Information we receive
When you use the website plan selector, contact AI Tools Cart through WhatsApp or use an official social page, you may voluntarily provide your name, phone number, tool requirement, budget, order details and messages needed to answer your enquiry or support an order. The website may create a unique enquiry reference and record the selected tool and plan before redirecting you to WhatsApp.
How information is used
We use information to respond to enquiries, recommend plans, process and support orders, track activation and warranty status, prevent misuse and improve customer service. We do not ask for passwords or OTPs unless a clearly explained activation process genuinely requires customer action; customers should never send sensitive credentials in ordinary chat.
External platforms
WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook operate under their own privacy policies. When you open those links, their policies apply.
Data retention and choices
Enquiry references, business messages, order records and support history may be retained for customer service, accounting, fraud prevention and legal needs. You may ask us on WhatsApp to correct or delete information where applicable, subject to necessary business or legal retention.
